I’ve ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange.

No problem! Firstly, let us know via phone or email what you would like to exchange. Then simply send the goods in their original packaging back to us accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.

I want to send back unopened/unused items.

We are able to refund your purchase (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days. Please note, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Let us know what products you want to send back by contacting us via phone or email. Then simply send the goods back to us accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.

I’ve received a faulty item.

Please note, our returns policy does not apply to special order items such as:
