No problem! Firstly, let us know via phone or email what you would like to exchange. Then simply send the goods in their original packaging back to us accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.
I want to send back unopened/unused items.
We are able to refund your purchase (excluding delivery costs) within 30 days. Please note, we charge a 25% restocking fee. Let us know what products you want to send back by contacting us via phone or email. Then simply send the goods back to us accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or delivery note.
