THE
Directors
With 25 years in the security industry, Paul has led project and operational teams, spending the last decade delivering EMEA-wide initiatives. Off duty, he enjoys family time, cooking curries, BBQ, and tapas.
Mark brings decades of security expertise across engineering, project delivery and sales. He has deep experience with Lenel, Gallagher, Milestone, Genetec and Tyco C•Cure, as well as modern cloud and SaaS solutions. He’s also an avid golfer… despite little improvement over the years (his words!)
Jason is a certified Lenel OnGuard expert with deep knowledge of databases, networks and hosted environments. He has delivered multi-server Enterprise deployments using Hyper-V clusters and led successful migrations from legacy CASI systems to modern OnGuard platforms. Highly skilled, dependable, and all-round great guy!
John brings a wealth of experience working with large corporate clients. He has an amazing ability to foster strong relationships, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with exceptional service and attention. Known for his heart of gold, John is always there for you, offering support and solutions.
With 20 years of experience with Lenel, including eleven years as Regional Director and the last nine years as a Lenel Value Added Reseller, Justin has extensive expertise in Lenel product configuration, licensing, and processes. He can also juggle, perform a few magic tricks, and enjoys a good curry and a beer!
THE
Dave is a certified expert in enterprise access control, accredited in Nedap and Lenel, and a qualified Milestone Integration Technician. He delivers complex projects with precision and leads seamless installations. Outside work, he’s a fearless SCUBA diver who even swims with sharks.
Amelia’s attention to detail keeps projects on track and clients well-supported. She manages planning, scheduling, resources and communication to maintain high satisfaction. Alongside her role, she creates bespoke balloon displays for events, blending creativity with precision.
With four years of project coordination experience, Caitlin manages timelines, client liaison and logistics to keep projects efficient and high-quality. Passionate about creating safer environments, she’s also a dedicated runner—regularly completing 5Ks and now training for a half marathon.
Since 2018, Kalie has played a key role in delivering security projects, coordinating teams, timelines and resources to ensure smooth execution. She helps drive Cyber Eye’s mission of innovation and reliability. Outside work, she enjoys cooking and weekends spent with her family and little boy.
THE
Steven brings decades of fire and security experience across technical sales, account management and leadership roles. Cyber Eye’s very own padel champion, he thrives on competition, precision and teamwork – in the sport and in driving new ideas in security.
Julia drives brand awareness and engagement, ensuring Cyber Eye’s message stays impactful and true to its values. She’s delivered campaigns across digital and offline channels for B2B and B2C brands. Away from work, she plays guitar and writes songs – fuelled by her love of storytelling.
Cara built her career on a people-first approach to business development. She thrives in collaborative, customer-focused environments – values she sees every day at Cyber Eye. Outside of work, she’s a busy mum of three who loves the outdoors, from summer days on the water to winter skiing.
THE
Corinna is a qualified accountant and seasoned finance leader with experience as Finance Director, CFO and NED, specialising in tech-focused growth and risk management. Outside work, she’s a devoted mum to twin daughters, two horses and two cats – and often officiates at horse trials.
Bukola keeps Cyber Eye’s financial operations running smoothly, from budgeting and compliance to strategic planning. She analyses financial data to support smart decisions and optimise resources. Outside work, she enjoys comedy films, experimenting with recipes, and curating perfect playlists.
THE
With certifications in electrical Engineering and carpentry, Ricky brings hands-on expertise to access control and CCTV installations. He takes great pride in delivering projects on time and enjoys golf, football, boxing, and cooking.
With a strong electrical background, Dylan enjoys tackling complex security projects and has travelled across Europe delivering solutions. He loves exploring new cultures, and when off duty you’ll find him at drum and bass events or practising diabolo tricks – the circus toy he’s perfected.
A security veteran since 1988, George specialises in large-scale access control and CCTV installations, always striving for innovative, high-quality results. Beyond work, he’s a paragliding pilot soaring from Wales to Morocco – or paddle-boarding when the weather keeps him grounded.
